In town you can visit the Carrières des Lumières for an immersive art show in former bauxite mine or you can admire the medieval fortress and streets. Enjoy lunch in Les Baux or neighboring Maussane-les-Alpilles. A hop over the limestone ridge takes you to Saint-Rémy-de-Provence. This charming town was immortalized in Van Gogh’s Starry Night.
