Overview

Unlike traditional tastings that present a single “perfect” match between a wine and a cheese, this unique experience invites you to compare different pairings using the same cheese. Each cheese is tasted with two different organic Alsace wines, allowing you to discover how aromas, textures and flavours evolve depending on the wine. This interactive approach helps you develop your palate, showing that there is no single perfect wine and cheese pairing. Instead, you'll gain practical insights and the confidence to create your own favourite combinations. Hosted by independent winemaker Muriel GUETH, the tasting encourages conversation, discovery and shared enjoyment. The experience concludes with a guided tour of the wine cellar and winemaking facilities, offering an authentic insight into the production of organic Alsace wines at a family-run winery.
